• State-of-the-Art Medical Equipment: Installation of advanced dialysis machines, sleep monitoring devices, and diagnostic equipment to ensure accurate treatment and monitoring of patients’ conditions.
• Upgraded Infrastructure: Improvements to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC to accommodate the specialized medical equipment and ensure a comfortable, safe environment for patients and staff.

The VA Martinez Chronic Dialysis & Sleep Program project was executed in phases to minimize disruption to ongoing healthcare services while ensuring timely completion:

• Phase 1 – Design and Planning: Site evaluation, planning, and finalization of design specifications for the expanded dialysis and sleep program areas.
• Phase 2 – Site Preparation and Infrastructure Upgrades: Preparation of the space, including necessary upgrades to the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to support the new facilities.
