Quality Control (QC) starts with our Quality Control Managers. Each QC Manager is USACE Certified and establishes the quality control structure to support our clients and their projects. Services include onsite management, developing quality control plans, submittal review, QC meetings, and project quality control management support throughout the construction cycle.
Field and laboratory materials testing services include testing soils, asphalt, aggregates, concrete, masonry and structural steel components for both vertical and civil projects throughout Northern California. Testing is performed in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO and Caltrans test methods. Additional services include materials qualification testing for quarry plant production.
Special inspections and project inspector services include civil disciplines, structural concrete, masonry, structural steel, post tension concrete, fireproofing and high strength bolting. Our field staff qualifications include ICC certified Structural Inspectors all the way up to certified Master Special Inspector personnel. Structural Steel Inspectors include NDT qualified personnel.
