A two year $40 Million renovation that included special inspections, waterproofing support, and fire stop inspections. Our staff worked full-time and helped to support the owner, code compliance officer and contractors during this critical project.
This project included engineering support, geological consulting, special inspections and materials testing for a high profile gateway to the Sierra project. This three year project had environmental challenges and required extensive engineering support to address the foundation design process.
19J Apartment high rise is the first of its kind in Sacramento. Allerion staff are providing waterproofing and building envelope consulting, field mock-up testing, fire stop consultant services, field inspections and quality assurance support for the owner.
Fair Oaks Plaza required code compliance support services and Allerion provided a full-time building inspector to augment the City of Sunnyvale staff. Building Inspections included building inspections, electrical, mechanical and plumbing inspections.
The distribution center required a floor flatness specialist familiar with the technical nuances of floor flatness testing. The project pours covered approximately 55,000 square feet per pour. All testing was in accordance with ASTM E1155 with FF/FL measurements values.
Townplace Suites included geotechnical engineering and environmental support during the design process. During construction technical support included geotechnical, materials testing and special inspection services for soils, concrete, steel and wood framing.
This was a renovation of Yuba City Mall and required our staff to support special inspections along with materials testing during the contraction process. Special inspections included reinforcing concrete, epoxy anchorage systems, structural masonry and structural steel.

The Lot N Parking Structure is a five story post-tensioned parking structure in downtown Burlingame. Our firm was selected to provide a geotechnical field investigation and recommendations. In addition, our staff complied with environmental monitoring procedures.
This remote prison project required an engineering company relatively local to the project. Our Redding branch provided material testing and inspection services for numerous small upgrade projects at the prison. This included structural soils and concrete.
TOPGOLF is a 64,232 square foot, three-story facility with 102 climate-controlled hitting bays. Our lead inspector was requested to provide support on the final closeout items related to the project. In addition, he was the project inspector for special inspections and materials testing.
The High Desert Prison required on call support for materials testing and inspection services under a Norcal State contract. Our ACS Materials Testing office was utilized due to the remote location of the work and our previous experience on Susanville projects.
Allerion was selected to support the fire stop inspections for this project. This required us to demonstrate our qualifications and experience associated with fire stop systems. Our professional staff have worked on this project for almost two years.
