This early level support helps to mitigate production challenges and schedule delays.
The most challenging aspect of the design/construction process is the materials. The current trend is to incorporate numerous materials into a design and this contributes to integration issues between materials. Our staff have worked with most of the manufactures and various materials to provide lessons learned support. We understand the challenges integrating different materials.
Design, mock-up evaluations and installation inspections are all critical in the quality control and quality assurance process. Our staff work to catch potential flaws throughout the design process and during construction through detailed inspection procedures. The final step in the process is field performance verification. Our staff sets up the testing program and monitors the results.
